We look after your data carefully and use it only to fulfil orders, answer enquiries and provide a better service. Here you'll find what data we process, why and for how long.

What data we collect
- Contact and billing details: name, company name and registry code, email, phone, address.
- Order details: ordered products, quantities, print requests, delivery method and selected parcel locker, payment information.
- Design files: logos and other files you add to an order or enquiry.
- The content of enquiries and correspondence.
- Technical data: cookies, IP address and data on how the site is used. We use statistics and marketing cookies only with your consent.

Who we share data with
We share data only to the extent necessary to provide the service:
- parcel and courier service providers (Omniva, Smartpost, DPD, Posti): name, phone, email and delivery address or parcel locker;
- web hosting, email and accounting software providers;
- statistics and marketing service providers (Google, Meta, Hotjar), only with your consent;
- the spam protection service Cloudflare Turnstile: when a form is sent, it uses the IP address and technical browser data to check that the sender is a person;
- the payment service provider Maksekeskus AS, if you pay for an order online;
- the website backup storage service (Google Drive);
- public authorities where required by law.
Some service providers (Google, Meta, Cloudflare) may also process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case, data is transferred on the basis of safeguards approved by the European Commission, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
We do not sell personal data to third parties.
How long we keep data
- Invoices and accounting documents: 7 years, as required by the Accounting Act.
- Order data: until the end of the period for submitting complaints, generally 3 years.
- Enquiries that did not lead to an order: up to 2 years.
- Design files: for as long as they are needed to fulfil the order and for repeat orders, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- access your data and receive a copy;
- request the correction of inaccurate data;
- request the deletion of data if we have no legal basis to keep it;
- restrict the processing of data or object to it;
- receive your data in a machine-readable format;
- withdraw your consent at any time.
To exercise your rights, write to allprint@allprint.io. We reply within one month at the latest. If you believe your rights have been violated, you can contact the Data Protection Inspectorate (aki.ee).
